The Firm recognizes the need to strike a balance between the interests and concerns of management, on the one hand, and the working force, on the other. In line with this, the Firm's practice on labor and employment relations include participation in collective bargaining, preparation and review of employment agreements and contracts, securing work permits, providing advice on labor laws administered by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Philippine Overseas Employment Agency (POEA), and handling of disputes from mediation, conciliation to litigation before the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB), National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) and appellate courts involving local/overseas employment (both land-based and sea-based workers).
